Cancellation Policy
1. All clients has a right to cancel an appointment not later then 48h before an appointment is due. 2. Once the appointment is fully booked and fully paid is NON - REFUNDABLE at any time but you have a right to reschedule it ONLY ONCE ! 3. If deposit is required is NON-REFUNDABLE at any time. 5. You can reschedule your appointment but only once and not later then 24h before the appointment is due. 6. Outstanding balance can be paid by cash or by card in person. 7. DEPOSIT or FULL PAYMENT will be fully refunded if appointment will be cancelled by Healing by Joanna. 8. Please be aware that, appointment can't be reschedule more then once !
