All clients has a right to cancel an appointment not later then 48h before an appointment is due PLEASE be aware that required deposit is not refundable as well as "Monthly Pack" payments - THINK BEFOR YOU BOOK ! 2. Please be aware that If deposit is required it is Non-refundable. 3. Treatments bought as a "Monthly Pack" need to be fully paid before appointment is due and full amount is not refundable. 4. You can reschedule your appointment but only once and not later then 24h before the appointment is due. 5. Outstanding balance can be paid by cash or by card in person. 6. DEPOSIT will be fully refunded if appointment will be cancelled by Healing by Joanna. 5. If appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled once and you fail to attend you will not be able to book future appointments. 5.
